We pay our Cleaning Technicians a fair wage, however, they work very hard and tips while not required are greatly appreciated. You can tip at time of service with cash (make sure to indicate it is a tip), have it automatically added to cleaning cost, or indicate an amount through our quality surveys which will be added to your invoice for that particular cleaning.
We do not want you to clean before we come, however there are some simple steps to get the most out of your cleaning service. Ensure we have access to your home, disarm alarms, and tidy up to avoid extra charges. You might also choose to put away valuables to prevent accidents.

We do prefer for the first time cleaning you are onsite to sign off at the end. If you’re not going to be home, for regular services we can keep a key on file to have access to your house.
